For years we have dreamed of an elegant dinner at Buzzard’s Roost and now our multi-talented Executive Director and in-house chef is ready to make the dream a reality!

Join us for a seven-course meal as live music plays and fireflies dance across the evening sky. Nestled on the deck of our newly remodeled Gary R. Merkamp Environmental Learning Center, you will be able to enjoy a carefully prepared, intimate table service dinner as the park comes alive.

Tickets are limited to 16 people and ingredients are locally sourced when possible.

All proceeds will go to the interior development of the Gary R. Merkamp Environmental Learning Center.
